Lampropoulos Ioannis

Dr. Ioannis Ch. Lampropoulos is a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the field of Corporate Performance Management – Accounting. He holds a PhD in Management Accounting from the University of Patras and a PhD in Epidemiology and Medical Informatics from the University of Thessaly. He has completed postdoctoral research at the University of Thessaly and holds Master’s degrees in Banking and Finance as well as in Primary Health Care. He also holds a Certificate of Pedagogical and Teaching Competence. His research interests focus on corporate performance measurement and management, management and financial accounting, financial statement analysis, accounting- and finance-based ratios, key performance indicator (KPI) systems, sustainability and corporate social responsibility, as well as health economics and big data analytics. He has extensive teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and a substantial body of published research in international journals and edited volumes. He also has long-standing professional experience in the retail sector, having served since 2009 in positions of managerial responsibility. He is an accredited Coach / Mentor at Senior Practitioner level by EMCC.
