Dr. Argyrios Loukopoulos holds a PhD in Social Entrepreneurship, Business Management, and Organizational Behavior from the Department of Business Administration at the University of Patras (2024). He also holds an MSc in Operations Management (Tourism, Business, Cultural, and Educational Operations) from a joint program offered by the University of West Attica and the Technical University of Crete (2025). In addition, he earned an MBA in Management (2019) and a BSc in Economic Science (2017), both from the University of Patras. Since 2013, he has served as a Human Resources Manager in the Hellenic Air Force, specializing in personnel administration, recruitment, and organizational development.
Dr. Loukopoulos has also taught “Project Management” and “E-Commerce, Hospitality Sales and Marketing” at the Vocational Education and Training (VET) level in Centers for Lifelong Learning. His current research interests include, among others, social enterprises, social entrepreneurship, non-profit organizations, business management and administration, organizational behavior, business strategy, tourism management, and public administration.
