Operations, Supply Chain and Projects Management (MBA)

The aim of the course is to present to the MBA students the most recent methods and techniques necessary for effective production and delivery of goods and services. Students will be introduced into the following decision areas: Operations and productivity. Process selection and design. Project management. Resource management. Supply chaing management and logistics.
