Miscellaneous InformationPanagiotis Polychroniou is Professor of Human Resource Management and Conflict Management at the University of Patras. He received his Ph.D. from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has extensive teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. His research interests include conflict management, emotional intelligence, transformational leadership, mentoring, job satisfaction and organizational crisis management. He has published a number of articles that appears in major international scientific journals and conference proceedings.
